This role provides essential administrative, analytical, and coordination support to ensure smooth operations across functions. The position is responsible for gathering data, organizing information, conducting analysis, and generating timely and accurate reports that support effective decision‑making.

Key Tasks: 

• Assist in gathering data from various teams and systems to support reporting needs.
• Organize information into structured, easy-to-use formats such as spreadsheets, trackers, or folders.
• Analyze basic reports by reviewing data trends and highlighting key insights for the team.
• Follow up with other functions to collect inputs, track progress, and ensure timely submission of required information.
• Generate simple reports (weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc) with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support administrative tasks related to documentation, filing, and process coordination.

• University degree, major in Account / Finance / Business
• Working experience with account and finance is a plus
• Related experience with administrative tasks
• Requires high degree of independence and pro-activeness
• High diversity in exposure to FMCG industry and roles
• Self-motivated, strong commitment and hard working
• Get the task done hands on efficiently, timely and effectively
