During the internship you will be focusing on innovation that benefits our consumer and have them at the heart of our decisions, support the marketing pack strategy across new product development, research, communications, all with an emphasis on sustainability.
Your main responsibilities include:
Support consumer research studies in which we test our new packaging innovations;
Support pack transformation projects & prototype feedback to improve consumer experience & value creation, working closely with the global cross-functional team.
Work on the Go to market strategy preparation, such as deployment of “toolkits” of the packaging innovation to the country teams in the local markets;
Project manage the design processes & artwork; lead and maintain the relationship and workflow with our external design agencies.
Responsible for tracking the budget.
You are a student in Marketing, Innovation, Product Design, or another related field, with a keen interest in sustainability. You are results-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator with a positive and proactive attitude. You will join a busy team that juggles many different priorities. Therefore we are looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
