Danone MENA is looking for a talented Healthcare Nutrition Solution Manager to join its team in East Algeria!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1- Manage a team of Medical Representatives

• Propose and lead medical activity on a weekly and monthly basis: evolution and optimization of medical structures, follow-up on Medical Representatives’ activity and actions.
• Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of “Ask For Business” within the team.
• Coach, develop, and engage the team through field visits, team meetings, and follow-up on activity management indicators.
• Participate in the recruitment of Medical Representatives for the team.
• Ensure proper training of the team’s Medical Representatives on role expertise, product knowledge, activity follow-up, and compliance with procedures.
• Evaluate and identify development plans for the team, and set individual objectives in line with the medical strategy and local practices.

2- Contribute to the medical strategy, recommend actions and resources to achieve set objectives, and analyze performance

• Act as a proactive contributor and participate in building the country medical strategy.
• Build and propose the HN action plan, including maternity listings, EPU, PR, local/regional/international congresses, targeting, and effort rate.
• Ensure the implementation of the country HN action plan.
• Guarantee the execution, activation, and measurement of the plan’s effectiveness through KPI follow-up.
• Plan, manage, and monitor the local HN budget to optimize country profitability.

3- Organize, monitor, and ensure activity reporting for the team

• Plan the team’s activity efficiently according to defined priorities and the medical action plan.
• Coordinate the availability of medical materials and samples.

4- Share information and contribute to strong cross-functional communication

• Ensure continuous and effective information sharing related to the medical environment, activities, strategy, and best practices within the team and across other country and headquarters teams.

Profile Required:

• Scientific educational background.
• 4–5 years of experience in medical detailing across city and hospital channels.
• Experience in managing a medical team.

Languages Required:

Fluency in Arabic, English, and French is required.
