Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented collegue for Indirect Procurement Executive position.

  • Support 3 CBU (EDP&SN&Waters) in common goals for indirect spends – Topline and Proffesional services categories. Manage relationships with global Danone buyers.
  • Transmit relevant business insights to other Category purchasers including shadow buyers.
  • Own quality consciousness and make it sustainable.
  • Support purchasing executive of Topline for Marketing, Media, Consultancy and Services purchases, such as *media-new media and digital agencies, MICE, below the line purchases like printed paper and materials, promotional items, HR and Admin services etc. including the tail spend.
  • Supplier contracts tracking and SAP reporting - able to prepare and assess business case and feasibility reports. Support key compliance metrics (SAP related PO supporting, doc.s, GR & proof of delivery, process, company essentials, masterdata, internal control and OHS rules)
  • Executve perfect PO & P2P KPIs follow up
  • Manage and improve digitalization projects (online T&A, e-procurement tools enhancement, e-tendering and catalogue buying etc., preferably PROMENA)

A propos de vous

  • 1-3 years experience in Indirect Procurement (Media-Marketing, Agencies and MICE experiences preferable.) Bachelor’s or Master degree from universities such as Business Administration, Economics preferably Engineering.
  • Fluent level in English.
  • Advanced skills on MS Office programs, SAP (Procurement Module) preferably Coupa and graphic design. Analytical and proactive personality.
  • Good at project management and job tracking.
  • Able to manage stakeholders.
  • Good at negotiation and communication skills.
  • Eligible act as a team and compatible to team work.
