Do you want to design your own impact and help shape the future of HR in a science-driven environment? Are you passionate about people, learning, and digital transformation? Then apply now and join us as our new HRBP & Learning Intern in our Utrecht office starting February 2026!

 

In this internship, you will be part of the MNS HR team, within our Research & Innovation (R&I) Medical & Nutritional Science (MNS) organization. Our purpose is to co-build people solutions that help science teams learn faster, collaborate better, and scale their impact. During this internship, you will collaborate with MNS HRBPs and colleagues across Research & Innovation HR team, supporting initiatives that matter. Your main responsibilities include:

 

  • Co-build strategic HR projects with the MNS HRBP team (e.g., Beehive engagement, lab workforce development, Copilot upskilling)
  • Play a key role in the MNS Science Academy (content curation, scheduling, learner communications, impact tracking)
  • Be the point of contact for interns (welcome, support, engagement, feedback to HR routines)
  • Contribute to cross-Research & Innovation HR projects (unifying HR practices, strengthening HRBP capability, digital tools training)

As an HR & Learning intern, People-oriented is your second nature. You are organized and analytical. On top of that? You’re proactive, collaborative and self-driven, who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

 

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelors or master’s in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field during the whole internship period;
  • You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
  • Ideally available to start in February for a minimum of 6 months, 4/5 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
  • You can work from our Utrecht office, at least 2/3 days per week.
