The Danone International Communications Network, part of the Global Communications team within the General Secretary Department, is a strong community of people passionate about communications and comms projects.

As a global team, we work with Communications Managers all around the world to make sure they are aware of all the global initiatives and have the assets to leverage them. We help to build the connections between the global and local teams to harmonize all the communications and be A Company of One Voice. Also, we help local teams to bring their initiatives into the global agenda and make their work visible. We work on the COMMS Network capabilities improvement, assessing the Network needs & proposing and developing upskilling programs and tools. You will work directly with the International Comms Network Manager.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

• Participation & support of global comms projects
• Community tools management – including keeping our database & family album up to date and helping to coordinate our Engage community & COMMS network calls
• Work on the improvement & update of the COMMS Channel in CampusX
• Participation in other smaller/bigger projects & community engagement initiatives

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Education degree in Communications, People Engagement, or related field (experience will be a +)
• Fluent in English language, both written and verbal
• Project management skills
• Easy connecter/networker in an international environment
• Creative, curious, multi-cultural mindset
• Collaborative and agile team player
• Hands-on mentality, can-do attitude, digitally savvy, organized and autonomous, eye for detail
