About the Job

In this internship, you will be part of the Global Pharmacy Team within our Specialized Nutrition business. Our purpose is to strengthen pharmacist engagement and support healthcare professionals through impactful pharmacy channel initiatives that help improve patient outcomes worldwide.

As a Pharmacy Channel Intern, you will work closely with global and local stakeholders across multiple markets to support the planning, coordination, and execution of pharmacy channel activities. You will gain exposure to global healthcare strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and the operational excellence required to successfully manage pharmacy engagement programs across geographies.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Collecting, consolidating, and maintaining pharmacy channel data from local markets;
• Supporting the creation of reports, dashboards, trackers, and presentations for the Global Pharmacy Team;
• Monitoring pharmacy activations, campaigns, and key initiatives across markets;
• Coordinating with local teams to ensure timely implementation and follow-up of activities;
• Supporting pharmacy engagement programs, educational initiatives, workshops, and events;
• Assisting with day-to-day project coordination, meeting preparation, and action tracking.

As a Pharmacy Channel Intern, organization and attention to detail come naturally to you. You enjoy working with data, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. On top of that, you're eager to learn, proactive in your approach, and excited to contribute within an international environment.

You are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field;
• Highly organized with excellent coordination and project management skills;
• Analytical and comfortable working with data and reporting tools;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with international stakeholders;
• Proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• In the case of non-EU citizens, it is mandatory to provide a three-party internship agreement signed by your university;
• Ideally available to start in December 2026 for a minimum of 12 months (2x 6 months), 5 days per week;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus;
• Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2-3 days per week.
