Then come and join us now as a Procurement Transformation (LEAP Program) Intern starting on August/September 2026 at our office in Hoofddorp, NL.

 

 

 

You will join the Global LEAP Transformation Team, a strategic program driving:

 

 

  • Spend Consolidation and outsourcing.
  • Value Delivery (Cost Savings & Cash Generation initiatives).
  • Operational & Customer excellence across procurement & manufacturing.

 

 

Working directly with Mariam (LEAP Transformation Lead), you will operate as a project analyst / PMO / internal consultant, supporting high-stakes initiatives across North America, Europe, APAC and LATAM.

As part of LEAP team, your assignment will be to:

 

 

 

  1. Develop & maintain performance dashboards across regions.
  2. Identify Efficiency opportunities through data analysis.
  3. Contribute to business case tracking and reporting (Value delivery vs targets).
  4. Assist in preparing governance materials (SteerCo, business updates, reporting)
  5. Contribute to improve processes (Contract Tracking & Process Simplification)
  6. Support preparation of workshops across key categories (Services, Spare parts & Chemicals)
  7. Participate in digital & AI initiatives to simplify & automate workflows.

A propos de vous

We are looking for high-potential candidates with a strong academic background. Top Bachelor/Master student from: Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

 

 

You stand out by:

 

 

  • Analytical, structured and data-driven
  • Curious and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation environment
  • Strong communicator, able to interact with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to take ownership and work autonomously

 

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel (mandatory)
  • Power BI / Data visualization (strong plus)
  • PowerPoint storytelling (essential)
  • Experience with data analysis / business cases

 

 

Key requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
  • Available to start in August/September 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 3 days per week.
