The team you will be working with is ONE Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe.  One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe. ⭐💵

During this internship, you will be responsible for:

• Providing operational support for reporting and analytics activities,
• Collecting, analyzing and reporting HR data from various sources, including the HR systems,
• Providing regular and ad hoc reports and analyses to meet Global and local HR needs,
• Monitoring and maintaining HR data quality standards,
• Supporting in maintaining and developing HR Reporting Tools.

Who are we looking for:

• Graduates (after Bachelor) preferably from HR faculties, management,
• Full- time availability (35-40h per week),
• Fast learner, team player, result oriented with strong communication skills,
• Analytical skills, flexible and open mindset,
• Fluent English and Polish (min. B2 level),
• Previous experience and internships as nice to have.
