We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Pharmacy Channel Intern to join our team and contribute to key strategic initiatives! In this role, you will focus on two primary projects: Pharmacist Detailing Aids and the B2B digital platform for pharmacists. These projects are vital to improving our interactions with pharmacists and enhancing our capabilities, making this a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while working with cross-functional teams.

As a Pharmacy Channel Intern, you will work closely with both local and global teams, to help develop the capabilities needed for success. You will be involved in the execution, tracking, and analysis of these projects, helping ensure that our pharmacy-related initiatives are effective, impactful, and aligned with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Pharmacist Detailing Aids:

• Create customized detailing materials tailored to pharmacists' needs, informed by the latest research.
• Work closely with local markets, as well as global marketing and medical affairs teams, to ensure alignment with overarching global strategies.
• Support the distribution and implementation of these materials across markets.
• Assist in the distribution of these materials across markets.
• Gather and analyze feedback from markets to evaluate the effectiveness of the materials and identify areas for enhancement.

Danone Pharmacist Digital Platform:

• Conduct market research, benchmark competitor platforms, and assist in creating brief for the B2B digital platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams on content development, coordinate with agencies/vendors, and participate in user testing and feedback analysis.
• Support the setup of analytics tools, track platform performance, and assist with launch of the pilot.

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, trade marketing, or a related field. You have strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. You are able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). You have a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in December 2024/January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from Hoofddorp a few times each week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
