INTERNSHIP Sustainable Sourcing and Forest Engagement

A propos de l'offre

At Danone, we recognize the urgent need to continue and amplify our effort in protecting and restoring natural ecosystems. This has been a central element of our Sustainable sourcing strategy especially through the lens of Danone Forest Policy (published in 2022 and updated in 2025) and our Sustainable sourcing policy (published in 2024).

Danone has been taking strong commitments on deforestation and conversion free agenda and resilient supply chains, in line with its engagement to 1.5C SBTI FLAG target. Category action plans are being implemented and monitored across Danone Procurement organization (also called Cycles & Procurement).

As our new Intern Sustainable Sourcing and Forest Engagement, you will join our Sustainable Sourcing team (part of Cycles & Procurement) to support in making Forest and Sustainable Sourcing topics understood and shining across our organization. We expect you to do it your way and bring something special to support our different teams in monitoring their achievements and celebrating our progress towards Nature-positive.

You will actively participate in the monitoring and the engagement of Danone Sustainable Sourcing ambition by:

  • Turn data into insights to support supplier and buyer engagement on forest, water and supply chain resilience.
  • Help engage our global Sustainable Sourcing community, supporting stakeholder communications, knowledge sharing and trainings across Forest and Nature topics.
  • Stay on top of emerging sustainability standards and methodologies, conducting peer benchmarks and strengthening our internal knowledge base.
  • Contribute to the development of our supply chain resilience strategy through research on nature impacts, agricultural yields, climate-related risks and security of supply.
  • Help track and communicate progress against our forest commitments, from developing monitoring dashboards to contributing to CDP Forests reporting and Danone’s Annual Forest Report.

To thrive your missions, you will be accompanied by the Global Head of Forest & Biodiversity of Danone. You will join a small and close-knit international team with people who are eager to guide you through this experience. You will have the opportunity to gain practical insights on how sustainability is implemented in an international company.
