Education

• Master’s degree or PhD in Information Technology or related field

Professional Experience

• Significant experience in IT architecture and software development roles
• Proven experience managing IT products with full technical end-to-end ownership
• Strong background in logistics and warehouse processes, data management, and solutions architecture

Leadership & Project Experience

• Demonstrated experience leading technical and/or data-driven projects
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within cross-functional environments
• Application development leadership with hands-on contribution

Technical & Quality Focus

• Strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, and solution evolvability
• Experience implementing and sustaining CI/CD practices and development standards

Personal Skills & Mindset

• Innovative mindset with strong focus on user experience
• High level of autonomy and ownership
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
