IT Support Specialist (6 month fixed-term contract)

YOUR responsibilities:

• Actively provide IT support to business users and properly communicate with them about IT related topics
• Maintain life cycle of IT assets & equipment. Keep records of PCs & other IT equipment and their relations in configuration management database (CMDB)
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and L2 support to deliver fast and efficient solutions
• Execute IT Projects & Tasks
• Help to maintain server & network infrastructure
• Prepare IT tools for users, including PCs, mobile devices, printers, user guides
• Participate on IT trainings and prepare training materials

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with the following profile:

• Be enthusiastic in IT area and have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365 products, networking
• Have strong customer relation orientation, excellent verbal and written skills
• English written and spoken - advanced level
• Be able to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
