In this internship, you will be part of the Global Legal team for Procurement, Operations and Sustainability, within our global legal function. Our purpose is to legally protect Danone’s assets and reputation to support sustainable growth. During this internship, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Supply chain & Operations, and other global functions, and support on legal aspect of business projects.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Help implement and/or monitor and enforce policies and guidelines, including Danone’s global contract policy and legal guidance for procurement categories
• Contribute to roll out project governance initiatives and contract portfolio management
• Support procurement-related projects on legal aspects, including content review, drafting and process compliance
• Conduct legal research on specific legal topics and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal protection & compliance
During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting global procurement and operations matters within an international environment, while developing practical skills in contract management, legal research, compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and project governance.
