As a Line Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate strong business ownership, operational discipline, and exemplary leadership behaviors. In this role, you will have full responsibility for the Aseptic Filling operation, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and people management.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage the Aseptic Filling line operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and operational excellence standards.
  • Make sound decisions by fully understanding business dynamics, such as shipments, initiative plans, and marketing strategies.
  • Approach every decision with an ownership mindset: “What would I do if I owned this business?”
  • Prioritize the business needs over personal popularity within the team.
  • Lead change confidently and take necessary risks to drive business improvement, rather than simply collecting team opinions.
  • Consistently role-model high standards, knowing that your minimum standard becomes the team’s maximum.
  • Always comply with safety requirements and never overlook unsafe behaviors or conditions; initiate sustainable corrective actions when needed.
  • Demonstrate strong GMP and housekeeping discipline—your behavior sets the tone for the entire line.
  • Make decisions that uphold foundational priorities—Safety, Quality, and Integrity always come before Production metrics.
  • Address equipment standard gaps immediately, as they reflect the team's capability and effectiveness in AM/DMS execution.
  • Show leadership consistently, regardless of location—whether on the line, in the office, cafeteria, or any other area, your behavior is always observed.
  • Enforce DMS discipline rigorously; poor DMS execution indicates a failure to meet operational responsibilities.
  • Inspire employee performance, support career development, and foster engagement and retention.
  • Build organizational capability and develop strong teams that consistently deliver high performance.
  • Hold team leaders accountable for results and capability gaps, ensuring readiness for a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Provide coaching and leverage structured programs such as the Team Leader Development Program (TLDP) to develop leadership capability.
  • Identify capability gaps when results are not achieved despite full effort, and proactively bring external expertise to close these gaps.
  • Take a global mindset when seeking solutions; with more than 100 enterprise lines worldwide, most challenges are not unique.
  • Act as a responsible member of the global community by complying with global standards (e.g., CMP), viewing them as best practices developed across advanced sites.
  • Demonstrate true leadership under pressure—difficult situations are opportunities to show resilience, clarity, and decisiveness.

A propos de vous

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production and manufacturing environments within the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, dairy, or FMCG industries, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in aseptic filling/aseptic processing operations, is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the IWS (Integrated Work System) methodology.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs; SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong time management, planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Willing to reside in Lüleburgaz.
