Logistics Trainee

(Part-time, Location: Budapest, Hungary)

YOUR responsibilities as a Logistics Trainee (but not limited to):

As a Logistics Trainee, you will support the Logistics team in daily operational and administrative activities:

• Support the daily work of the Logistics team.
• Perform daily checks of packaging material stock levels.
• Handle tasks related to EKÁER processes, including checks, communication, and closure.
• Manage pallet administration and related documentation.
• Prepare regular reports to support logistics planning and decision-making.

We are looking for a Logistics Trainee with the following profile:

• Active full-time student status at a Hungarian university for at least 1 more year, preferably in logistics or supply chain-related studies.
• Availability to work 30–40 hours per week.
• Accurate, precise, and structured way of working.
• Reliable and responsible attitude toward tasks and deadlines.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Confident user-level skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Languages: fluent Hungarian and English, spoken and written.
