Key Responsibilities

· Ensure product availability and customer service level.

· Act as the main interface between the market and centralized Supply Planning teams.

· Lead the weekly Market S&OE process, ensuring alignment between Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service.

· Identify, communicate and mitigate supply, inventory and service risks.

· Coordinate allocation processes and capacity constraint management.

· Monitor and implement mitigation plans for write-offs, obsolescence and finished product waste.

· Ensure operational readiness for launches and portfolio changes.

· Lead the resolution of critical supply situations, mobilizing the required stakeholders and ensuring fast decision-making.

· Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation projects across the Supply Chain.

· Support the identification and mitigation of short-term planning issues.

· Contribute to planning decisions and long-term supply chain optimization initiatives.

A propos de vous

Technical Skills

  • 1 or 2 years of experience.
  • We're looking for someone who wants to build a career in Operations/Supply Chain. This is a role with potential future development into Demand Planning.
  • Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, S&OP/S&OE and inventory management.
  • Experience managing availability, service level and supply risk mitigation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning tools such as SAP/APO or similar.
  • Ability to monitor and interpret Supply Chain KPIs, Forecast Accuracy, CFR, Waste and Inventory Health.
  • Interest in and sensitivity to Demand Planning processes, including demand trend analysis, forecast deviations and collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Experience in FMCG environments and managing multifunctional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation and analysis and identification of business insights.
