This is a backfill role that will be supporting  the Master Data Management (MDM) by executing core data stewardship tasks, ensuring governance, and driving process standardization across Business Units. It collaborates closely with MDM leads and stakeholders to align strategies and embed sustainable change. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor data quality metrics and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Master Data Management or related domains.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in English is vital for effective communication across teams and with global stakeholders. Additionally, proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia will be crucial for effective communication within specific geographic regions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and business stakeholders.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of database management concepts and data modelling principle
