This is a full-time temporary position for 12 months with the change for a permanent role in the future. 

You will join an experienced and collaborative Medical Affairs team and work closely with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing and Commercial functions to support initiatives that help improve patient care through nutrition.

This role offers a unique combination of Medical Affairs responsibilities and field-based stakeholder engagement. Based in Helsinki, you will combine office-based collaboration with regular engagement with healthcare professionals and stakeholders across the local area. As the role includes frequent local travel, a valid driver's licence is required.

In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to support awareness and understanding of clinical nutrition. Through educational activities, scientific exchange and collaboration across teams, you will help drive initiatives that contribute to improved patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• Drive medical education and scientific exchange activities
• Support initiatives that improve nutritional care and patient outcomes
• Deliver medical expertise and product-related support to customers and colleagues
• Develop educational content and provide training for internal and external audiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support Medical Affairs priorities and projects

We're looking for someone who is based in/near Helsinki, with a healthcare or life sciences background who enjoys building relationships, sharing knowledge and working in a collaborative environment.

You bring:

• Relevant education within healthcare, nutrition, nursing or a related field
• Experience from healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, specialised nutrition or a similar environment, ideally in a stakeholder- or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting, training or educating others
• Fluent Finnish and strong English skills (mandatory)
• A valid B-driver's licence

The following would be considered an advantage:

• Experience within Oncology, Neurology or specialised nutrition
• Existing relationships within the Finnish healthcare sector
• Experience from a commercial healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device environment
• Experience in sales, account management or other customer-facing roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry
