As Performance & Factory System East (Staff), you will play a key role in ensuring sustainable factory performance by driving Integrated Work System (IWS), Daily Management System (DMS), and data‑driven continuous improvement.
This role goes beyond numbers — it is about turning data into real actions on the shopfloor, strengthening safety, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability. A strategic role for those aspiring to become future factory performance leaders.
A propos de vous
You are analytical, structured, and highly curious, with the following profile:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial / Pharmacy or related fields
- Interest or experience in factory performance, manufacturing systems, or continuous improvement
- Strong Lean mindset and data‑driven problem‑solving capability
- Able to analyze and visualize data to support factory KPIs
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and actively engaging on the shopfloor
- High curiosity, strong ownership, and willingness to challenge the status quo
This role is open for early‑career professionals (±1 year experience) or fresh graduates with strong analytical capability and learning agility.
