Join Danone Nordics & Baltics as a Plant Based Portfolio & Innovation Manager and support the coordination of innovation projects and portfolio processes for Alpro in the region. In this role, you’ll manage cross-functional projects, bring local market input into European discussions, and help ensure smooth execution of initiatives aligned with our business priorities.
Please note that this is a temporary position with a preferred start date of October 1st, 2025, and an end date in December 2026.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate innovation and renovation projects across the Nordics & Baltics.
- Provide local market insights and feedback for European project discussions.
- Support portfolio decisions with data and market analysis.
- Track performance of innovations post-launch and share learnings.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders.
A propos de vous
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG with a proven track record in project management
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and markets.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into clear actions.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.
- Fluent in English.
