In collaboration with the Head of PRGM, this role is focused on optimize business profitability growth across both top and bottom lines, with a strategic emphasis on promotions, pricing, and trade investment.

• Optimizing PRGM pillars within the Proxy and Medical channels, in partnership with the CSD SGM.
• Conducting in-depth analysis and developing strategies for assortment and OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price, Channel) optimization and Leading PRGM initiatives for the E-commerce channel, in close collaboration with CSD NR and AMN.

• Related working experience in multinational company, preferably in Sales Finance, Trade Marketing, Commercial Finance
• Strong analytical thinking and High attention to details & accuracy
• Excellence skills in MS Office (Word, PPT, and Excel / Pivot, Power BI) 
• Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills
• English Fluent
