As a PRGM Sr. Manager (RGM), you will lead the end-to-end Revenue Growth Management agenda for Mexico, shaping how we drive profitable growth through pricing, promotions, portfolio and mix strategy.

This is a high-visibility role where success depends not only on strong analytics, but on your ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge the status quo and turn insights into commercial decisions that impact the business.

 Key responsibilities

 Strategic

  • Define and lead the annual pricing strategy, including price increases execution (a key driver of Net Sales growth)
  • Drive the value creation agenda, identifying and leading high-impact initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Connect RGM, commercial strategy and financial targets, ensuring the right conversations happen in day-to-day decisions
  • Prioritize initiatives that maximize margin and Net Sales impact
  • Build and strengthen RGM capabilities, processes and ways of working across the organization

 Operational

  • Monitor and steer key KPIs: pricing, promotions, mix, index and market share
  • Lead advanced simulations and scenario planning, enabling better and faster business decisions
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution
  • Establish governance for pricing and promotion processes
  • Lead, coach and develop the team, ensuring high performance and clarity of direction

 

About you

Experience

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Commercial Finance or RGM
  • Proven track record in pricing, promo optimization or revenue growth strategies
  • Experience in multi-channel FMCG environments

Technical capabilities

  • Strong expertise in:
    • Pricing strategy & promo optimization
    • Financial analysis and P&L management
    • Market data (e.g. Nielsen, elasticities)
  • Advanced analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Tools: Excel, Power BI or similar (experience with RGM tools is a plus)
  • Strong ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations

Leadership & impact (critical for success)

  • Exceptional stakeholder management & influencing skills (without direct authority)
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong prioritization and structured thinking
  • Capability to operate under pressure and ambiguity
  • Executive-level storytelling and communication
  • Skilled at connecting different areas and acting as a bridge between commercial and financial teams
