As Process Engineer for our CIP United Programme, you’ll be a key driver of operational excellence and continuous improvement at our Balclutha manufacturing site. Reporting to the Quality Improvement Manager, you’ll ensure our processes meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Executing the CIP United Programme and supporting the Quality Improvement Manager and team.
  • Identifying, analysing, and implementing process improvements to optimise manufacturing and food safety operations.
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and validation protocols.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality systems.
  • Monitoring and evaluating process performance metrics to align with quality and safety standards.
  • Supporting root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for process deviations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver improvement projects.
  • Providing technical expertise on process design, optimisation, and troubleshooting.

A propos de vous

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Process, or related discipline).
  • Proven experience in process engineering within manufacturing or food safety environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence outcomes.
  • Technical expertise in Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems, quality improvement methodologies, regulatory compliance, and process optimisation.
