The R2R-FC Specialist is a critical partner in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of management and statutory reporting, support compliance with local tax and legal regulations, and provide reliable accounting information to key stakeholders. Beyond daily operations, you will collaborate with the GL & Reporting Team Lead to strengthen team capabilities, improve processes, and continuously elevate service excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality accounting and reporting activities for the assigned cluster, ensuring full compliance with Group standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the successful execution of month-end and year-end closing activities, supporting the GL & Reporting Team Lead and Finance leadership.
• Produce accurate, timely, and compliant management and statutory financial statements for assigned business units.
• Collaborate with Finance Directors and key stakeholders to review, validate, and submit reporting and consolidation packages within established deadlines.
• Act as a trusted partner in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting outputs.
• Proactively monitor accounting system interfaces, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate effective issue resolution.
• Stay informed on local accounting regulations and GAAP changes, providing support to ensure ongoing compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Reporting, Audit, or Financial Control, ideally within a multinational company or shared services environment.
• A solid foundation in accounting and financial reporting principles, with exposure to month-end closing activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to support collaboration with regional stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
