Role Purpose:

We’re looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, supporting our Plant-Based category across the UK & Ireland.

 

Working closely with the Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you’ll use commercial analytics, market insights and performance data to identify opportunities across the core RGM levers, including pricing, promotions, trade investment, product mix and portfolio management. You’ll turn complex data into clear recommendations that help drive profitable, sustainable growth.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with teams across Sales, Marketing, Category, Commercial Planning, Finance, Demand Planning and Data. 

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse internal and external commercial data to uncover growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Own performance reporting and KPI tracking, providing clear visibility of performance against targets.
  • Turn complex data into compelling commercial stories that support better decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide analysis that supports strategic and operational priorities.

Pricing & Promotional Strategy

  • Support the development of pricing and promotional guidelines across the Alpro portfolio, including brands, SKUs and innovation.
  • Analyse pricing opportunities using techniques such as price elasticity, strategic price indices and pricing models.
  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI across customers and the Plant-Based category.
  • Develop scenarios and recommendations to optimise revenue, profitability and competitiveness.

Trade Investment

  • Identify opportunities to optimise trade investment and improve return on investment.
  • Track performance through regular reporting and commercial planning cycles.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to translate insights into practical actions.
  • Develop dashboards and performance trackers to understand customer investment effectiveness.

Mix & Portfolio Management

  • Analyse performance across channels, customers, brands and pack formats to identify opportunities to improve mix.
  • Recommend actions that can increase revenue, margin and customer value.
  • Support the development of portfolio strategy and identify opportunities for profitable growth.

A propos de vous

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:

  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management, commercial analytics, category, pricing, promotions, trade investment or a related commercial role.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets to generate meaningful insights.
  • Good commercial judgement, with an understanding of how decisions can affect the wider business.
  • Strong Excel capability; experience with Power BI or commercial reporting tools would be an advantage.
  • The ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence a range of stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working across functions including Sales, Marketing, Category and Finance.
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity and enthusiasm for identifying new growth opportunities.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced commercial environment.

 

Salary Bracket -  £55-£70k + bonus & benefits
