We are currently recruiting for three Graduate positions on a 1.5 or 2 year fixed term contract (stream dependant), full-time role. This role will be based in Danone Wexford, with three rotational streams to apply for.
Graduate Stream 1: Operations – Engineering – Maintenance (2 Years FTC)
Graduate Stream 2: Quality – Supply Chain – Health & Safety (2 Years FTC)
Graduate Stream 3: Human Resource – Finance (1.5 Year FTC)

Outline of the Programme:
Our Graduate Programme incorporates Graduates from a variety of disciplines and provides new graduates with an opportunity to gain experience in their chosen career paths and put the knowledge that they have learned throughout their degrees into action.
The successful Graduates entering the programme, will have the opportunity to work across different departments, gaining invaluable insights and exposure to key processes within Danone Wexford by working and completing dedicated projects in each.
The programme also provides the company with the opportunity to learn from the fresh perspectives of our graduates and improve upon our processes, with new and innovative ideas. Our Post-Graduate Programmes are open to all levels of qualifications from bachelor’s degree level to PhD.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Graduate Stream 1: Operations – Engineering – Maintenance (2 Years FTC)
Operations:
Gain practical experience across the Operations team, supporting the day-to-day activities. The graduate will work with operational teams to understand our three main production processes, monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality products.
Engineering:
Develop your technical knowledge through exposure to Engineering projects and activities. The graduate will work alongside engineers to support the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions, while gaining insight into project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintenance:
Build a strong understanding of Maintenance by supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities. The graduate will gain hands on experience in maintenance systems, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement methodologies. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements, assisting with maintenance improvement projects, and supporting initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.
Graduate Job 2: Quality - Supply Chain - Health & Safety (2 Years FTC)
Quality:
As a member of the Quality team, the graduate will support onsite quality assurance and quality control activities, helping to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. They will gain hands-on experience in audit preparation, investigations, data analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
Supply Chain:
As part of the Supply Chain team, the graduate will the graduate will be able to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting production scheduling, planning activities, and a variety of supply chain projects.
The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, to help ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
Health & Safety
As a member of the Health and Safety team, the Graduate will be a key part of the Health and Safety Team and assist in the implementation of the WISE2 Roadmap and associated projects. The graduate will help to raise awareness and drive a positive culture around Health & Safety within the company through positive affirmation behaviours.
As part of the graduate programme in the Health and Safety department a project will be identified to be completed which the graduate will own and complete during their respective term.
Graduate Job 3: Human Resources – Finance (1.5 Year FTC)
Human Resources:
The Graduate will support the wider HR team in the daily functions of the HR department. The graduate will be responsible for working on projects such as pay transparency implementation, updating Job descriptions, as well as providing support in relation to HR administration processes and tasks.
Finance:
The Graduate will support cost analysis and cost reviews for Budget and Forecast preparation (SCP'28, RF06+10'27). They will also contribute to digitalisation projects by enhancing existing Power BI reports and developing new reports based on business requirements and stakeholder requests. In addition, the Graduate will support preparations for DanGo internal audits.
