Danone MENA is looking for a talented Sales Analyst based in Algiers, Algeria, just like you! 

As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for in-depth analysis of distributor stocks, sales reports, market share, and performance indicators. You will collaborate with the sales team to tailor market research data to their needs and ensure that merchandising, sales, and incentive reports and analyses are accurate. 

The candidate will also have the following responsibilities: 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Power BI. 
• Establish and analyze distributor stock by product by distributor (available quantities, coverage in days, purchasing needs, etc.). 
• Establish and analyze sell-in reports by distributor by product (analysis of purchases vs. product needs). 
• Establish and analyze sell-out reports by channel by distributor by product. 
• Establish and analyze distributor sales reports by point of sale (POS). 
• Establish and analyze reports related to shelf life. 
• Establish and analyze reports related to market share and adapt them to the needs of the sales team. 
• Establish and analyze reports related to merchandising and sales performance indicators. 
• Establish and analyze incentive results. 
• and analyze reports related to pharma activity. 

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have: 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Graduate from Statistics or Operations Research. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods, preferably in trade marketing, reporting, with field experience being desirable. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. 
• Analytical mindset. 
• Ability to work in a project.

Skills: 

• Advanced Excel skills (Excel functions and Power Query). 
• Proficiency in Power BI. 
• Proficiency in the DAX language in Power BI. 

Location: 

Algiers, Algeria. 

Required Languages: 

Proficiency in French, Arabic, and English is a Plus
