Sales - Business Development Intern

The role of the Business Development intern is to provide full support for EVI team in sales analysis, control and supply chain and logistic coordination for Africa, Cis, Traders, Cruiselines scope.

He/she is a important contributor to the topline and bottom-line growth of the zone and the CBU

He/she is responsible to work hand in hand with the sales team and other internal functions to maximize our business

 

Key Tasks:

  • Depletions and shipments reports and analysis
  • Follow-up with sales and customer service and accounting to secure monthly shipments closing in line with TGT
  • Monitor baseline effects & support sales in forecasting
  • Piloting of stock landing
  • Ad hoc analysis on volume- AFH dashboard
  • Analysis and monitoring of distributor trade terms and TPR
  • Assure orders and payment from our clients
  • Operational request from our clients- Labels pictures, marketing materials, logistics information, range extension process.

  • Zone Director
  • Sales / Customer Service / Marketing/Finance/ Supply Chain
  • Other departments/CBUs, according to functional needs (Factory, etc.)

A propos de vous

Would typically have around 1 or 2 relevant experiences in Sales, SC&L, Distributor Management ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company (spirits, high-end/premium).

►Strong analytical skills

►Result oriented: pragmatic, flexible, business quick understanding           

►Strong Organization skills : be able to prepare, present and follow-up on KPIs

►Open-minded attitude, Good listener, self-motivated with drive, passion

►Ability to leverage the multi-Cultural differences and similarities and engage people

►Ability to anticipate and plan ahead

 

Competencies:

  • Knowledge on distributor management
  • Knowledge of the base supply chain and logistic operations and tools
  • Advance Excel user
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to convince internally, partner, distributor & Customers.
  • Presentation skills
  • English Business level required

University Degree 

MS Office Fluency

English & Spanish fluent, other languages are welcome.
