We are seeking a talented Senior Field Sales Manager (Head of Field) to lead our field organisation in Belux. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring execution excellence in-store, and building a high-performing field team that delivers strong business impact across our retail partners.

 

You will play a key role in translating commercial strategy into flawless execution, while developing the capabilities of the team and continuously improving ways of working.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a clear Field Sales Strategy that delivers sustainable growth, increases market share, and supports business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Field Sales Team, creating an environment where people can grow, succeed, and perform at their best.
  • Build a strong performance culture through clear objectives, regular follow-up, and continuous feedback.
  • Drive in-store execution excellence, ensuring the highest standards in distribution, availability, visibility, and promotional execution.
  • Translate customer plans into impactful field actions, working closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to maximise results.
  • Use data and insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement actions that improve field effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the field, bringing market insights, shopper feedback, and recommendations to help shape commercial decisions and continuously improve ways of working.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation, including team planning, tools, and materials, to maximise field productivity.

A propos de vous

To be successful in this role, you bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in Field Sales and a strong understanding of the retail and FMCG environment.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, with a passion for helping people grow and perform at their best.
  • A proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver strong in-store execution through clear priorities and effective follow-up.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, enabling you to turn data into action and influence stakeholders across different functions.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
