Are you passionate about media strategy, brand building, and driving consumer impact? We’re looking for a Senior Media & Digital Manager to join our CEE media team and lead media planning and execution across Hungary, Czech Republic & Slovakia (HCS). You’ll work with some of Danone’s most loved brands — Activia, Actimel, Alpro, and Nutrilon - to deliver campaigns that deliver real business results.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and execute integrated media campaigns that support both long-term brand equity building and short-term business objectives
• Maximize the impact and effectiveness of Danone’s media investments across digital channels and traditional media, using data to guide planning and optimization
• Lead agency partnership - manage day-to-day collaboration, KPIs, and campaign delivery with media and digital agencies
• Own Digital Project Execution - lead paid media support for DTC initiative and manage Nutrilon’s digital ecosystem

 You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 4+ years of proven experience in media strategy and planning with a strong focus on digital channels and TV
• A business-minded approach that connects media performance with consumer behavior and commercial outcomes
• Hands-on experience with media platforms and analytics tools
• A sense of ownership and autonomy, with strong problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and leading multi-market projects
• Strong stakeholder and agency management capabilities
