Senior Project Manager

A propos de l'offre

Are you ready to lead projects that bring innovation to life and make a meaningful difference? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of innovation, renovation, and operational projects within our Specialized Nutrition business. Based in Auckland, this is a pivotal role where you’ll partner with cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of projects that shape outcomes for our consumers and business.

You will lead a small team of three while acting as the key point of contact for operational projects, partnering with local, regional and global stakeholders to bring new ideas to life and deliver them successfully into market.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of operational projects, including innovation and product renovation initiatives
  • Driving successful execution of projects involving third-party manufacturing partners
  • Own and continuously improve the artwork management process, driving governance, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution while balancing business priorities and operational constraints.
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and development to a team of 2 Project Managers and 1 Graphic Chain Manager
  • Establishing clear project structures, timelines, and milestones to ensure effective delivery
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration across quality, R&D, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and more
  • Identifying risks early and ensuring mitigation plans are in place to keep projects on track
  • Acting as the central point of contact for project escalations, resolving challenges with speed and clarity
  • Embedding consistent project management practices and driving continuous improvement
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success

A propos de vous

You are a collaborative and driven project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, working with diverse teams, and balancing multiple priorities. You build strong relationships, influence positively across functions, and help teams achieve great outcomes together. With a continuous improvement mindset, you are always looking for ways to simplify processes, improve ways of working, and deliver results that make a real impact.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience, with at least half of that time spent leading or managing projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to deliver outcomes through cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, independent, and solutions-focused mindset, with a track record of driving outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Experience improving processes, governance, or ways of working, including managing complex cross-functional processes such as artwork management.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, innovation, or operational environments is highly regarded.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent project management qualification) is advantageous but not required.
  • A degree in Science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
