We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Baltic Talent team on a temporary maternity cover contract. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of functions while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the Baltics, from role briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver the best talent solutions.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
• Drive a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment data and track key hiring metrics.
• Lead and continuously improve the Baltics internship programme.
• Support talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confident conducting interviews and assessing talent.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment data to support hiring decisions.
• Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Fluent in Latvian and English
