Technologist Blend & Pack (Haps – Fulltime)

Are you ready to become Unit Technologist in our State of the Art Factory at Haps?

The mission of the Technology team is to give technological support in the realization of innovation, renovation, productivity, secure, quality and investment projects by leading the project or participating in a multidisciplinary project team.

Within the team this role is mainly focusing on the Blending Production and monitors and provides support to the day to day operations in a production area, gives support to and/or executes projects in the dedicated area and gives input for the year plans and mid-long term unit strategy.

• Drive and realize technology driven Unit’s  SQCDME (safety, quality, cost, delivery,  motivation, environment) KPIs /Drive and realize technology driven production line KPI’s  / Unit’s IWS (Integrated Work Systems) KPI’s with the focus on blending
• Lead or participate in Initial and Unified Problem Solving
• Initiate, Lead and participate (in) continuous improvement projects in the unit
• Technological expert on quality related inspection equipment (Vision, X-Ray, weighing) including sharing knowledge
• Execute Preventive Maintenance technology tasks according year plan
• Perform data-analysis and trending to come to preventative actions (forward looking)
• Maintenance of programs on specific production equipment
• Execute or assist in production and packing trials in the Unit  in close co-operation with project and packing technologist(s)
• Give technological input in Unit Change Management Meetings
• Proactively make sure to be fully informed about developments regarding organization, best & bad practices, technologies and translate them into improvements for the unit whenever possible
  
  

To be successful in the role of Unit Technologist we believe your profile should contain:

• Finished education with extended years of work experience in production (Technology, Engineering and/or Quality) pref. FMCG;
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to prioritize;
• Ability to absorb new information and ideas easily;
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively;
• Identify important information, link up data and think of alternative solutions and indicate consequences;
• Fluent in Dutch & English and preferably also in French & German.
