Responsibilities:
As Junior Brand Activation Manager, you will be developing local brand building activities for the region, and rolling out global innovations. You will work closely with the commercial teams to grow our AFH business (hotels, restaurants, cafes, travel & impulse).

Key Markets: South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong

 

1/ Drive the growth of our brands via best in class activation

  • Lead the development of local digital-first activation campaigns from concept to execution. Work closely with the sales, distributors & ecommerce team to ensure campaigns drive tangible business results.
  • Assess innovation market needs, liaise with global/central team to deploy new product launches
  • Trade Marketing/In-store excellence: Develop effective promotions, POSM, picture of success (PICOS), work closely with distributors/sales/EC team to elevate premiumness in-store

 

2/ Champion Horeca and Sparkling

  • Work closely with Sales and distributors to drive the growth of our Sparkling portfolio and roll-out innovations and develop local activation plans to grow our business in hotels, restaurants, cafes.- Build strong partnership with distributor and key customers to implement plans

 

3/ Consumer & Market Analysis

  • Analyze market data to identify relevant insight and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular external competitive scan

 

4/ Portfolio Management

  • Identify opportunities for sku rationalization, lead artwork development process
  • Work with different functions (ie. Central, Supply Chain, Sales Finance, etc) for smooth and timely implementation

 

5/ Track business results

  • A&P budget: responsible, efficient management of A&P
  • Business results tracking & analysis

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?  

 

V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.  

 

  • You must be aged 18 to 28. 

  • You must have completed national service obligation.

  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.

  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.  

 

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?  

  • Business France handles everything for volunteer’s contract.

  • Business France handles the whole care insurance for volunteers (sickness; maternity invalidity; work accidents). 

  • There are no taxes and charges on salary. There are no unemployment benefits and retirement contribution.

  • You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.

  • Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.

  • Germany / Austria / Switzerland : transport is free.  

 

A propos de vous

  • You have around 2 years relevant experience in Marketing (regional or local), within a strong multinational FMCG company or Danone classical CBU. Experience in an international/regional role is a plus
  • You have experience in channel activation (online/offline).
  • You possess strong analytical skills, are results-oriented, and demonstrate creativity.
  • You are known for your drive: ability to manage projects and to mobilize & inspire teams.
  • Do you speak english ? We need someone who is fluent.
