VIE - Junior Sales Operations Manager

This position is offered under a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) contract. The VIE program is open to citizens of the European Union who meet the eligibility requirements of the scheme. As the position is based in Barcelona, Spain, applications from Spanish nationals are not eligible under VIE regulations.

 

In this role, you will contribute to the success of the EURAM Sales team in EVAI (Evian Volvic Alpro International) by driving operational excellence, transforming data into actionable business insights, and supporting team effectiveness. You will work at the intersection of sales operations, analytics, customer engagement, and team enablement to help accelerate business performance and foster collaboration across markets.

 

Your main missions will focus on:

 

Operational Excellence

  • Support the sales team in daily operations, ensuring seamless processes, accurate reporting (Depletion, Top Markets Closing, T&E, Must-Win Battles), and timely follow-up on key deliverables.
  • Contribute to high-impact sales projects, acting as a key interface between the sales team and customers for data integration initiatives and targeted action plans.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors through regular performance updates, business insights, and newsletters, while ensuring sales and marketing assets remain up to date and easily accessible.

 

Sales Analytics & Insights

  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze market data to evaluate category trends, competitive dynamics, and brand performance across channels.
  • Deliver clear and actionable monthly performance reports by channel and country, highlighting key opportunities, risks, and distributor performance.
  • Track and monitor strategic sales initiatives, including Joint Business Plan activities, to ensure flawless execution and measurable outcomes.

 

EURAM Team Enablement

  • Design, coordinate, and execute the team engagement calendar in partnership with HR, including onboarding programs that accelerate integration and effectiveness of new team members.
  • Organize internal sales events and meetings (leadership sessions, team gatherings, town halls, and conventions), ensuring flawless logistics, impactful communication, and an excellent participant experience.
  • Coordinate external visits and business travel arrangements, managing logistics and hospitality to deliver a professional and memorable experience for customers, distributors, and partners.

A propos de vous

You have a master's degree in business management in a university or business school
Previous experience (of at least 6 months) in sales management or sales operations, preferably in FMCG company.

  • Strong Organization skills : be able to prepare, present and follow-up Business plan with the partner
  • Open-minded attitude, Good listener, self-motivated with drive, passion
  • Ability to leverage the multi-Cultural differences and similarities and engage people
  • Ability to anticipate and plan ahead
