We are looking for a Europe Controlling Category Lead for our Early Life Nutrition (ELN) category. The position is based in Rueil Malmaison (92) in Danone Europe headquarters. It is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Danone Finance function and get an overview of Danone Europe businesses, strategy and get great visibility. In this position, you will report to our Performance Animation director. Your main missions will be :
- Analyzing ELN EU performance
- Lead and coordinate the trend and monthly closing regarding volumes, net sales, gross margin and A&P as well as the category and brands reporting
- Perform monthly market share analysis partnering with Strategy & Insight team
- Participate in the preparation of analysis and presentations for the EU Board, Danone Comex, etc., and ensure accuracy and consistency of figures and charts.
- Lead the strategic plan process for the category
- Partner with VP EU ELN category to pilot Volumes, Net Sales, CO, A&P and liaise with Global SN (specialized Nutrition) Category team
- Perform pricing analysis along with Marketing & Sales to recommend brand pricing and follow-up on trade strategy
- Drive the best resource allocation (mix management, promotions, A&P)
- Support business cases preparation
- Partner with Operations teams
- Participate in SN ELN EU GPS
- Liaise with Operation Finance to analyze profitability evolution

About you
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance (Audit, Topline, FP&A)
- You combine good communication skills (capacity to explain simply complex concepts or analysis, understand issues of stakeholders from various functions and localizations) with rigor, structure and methodology
- Able to deal with transversal leadership, autonomy and critical mind is mandatory
- You are flexible and tenace in moving environment and organization
- High proficiency in Excel is expected, Magnitude & Power BI knowledge is a plus
- You are fluent in English
