As our new Strategy and New Business Development intern, you’ll be part of a purpose driven and experienced strategy team. You’ll have the unique opportunity to experience the shaping of our Specialized Nutrition categories long-term global strategy. you’ll also be part of a global transformation based on the development of the strategic and new business capabilities and ways of working.
What will you be responsible for?
- Researching and developing quarterly reports for the global team to better understand competitor performance, drives and insights and integrate this into our planning, decision making and prioritization
- Supporting the SN Global Strategic Planning lead in organizing and coordinating events and sessions where local teams discuss their annual operating planning process, maximizing opportunities for challenge and building new ideas in the SNU global community
- Contribute to the regular update of our New Business pipeline by developing opportunities scanning via desk research on touchpoint with internal stakeholders
- Support the preparation of strategic reviews and analysis on potential targets from a financial and strategic point of view
- Support in non-project related activities that ensure high-team performance & engagement
About you
As our strategy and new business development intern, problem solving will be second nature to you. You understand change management in an organization, are detailed oriented and have an eye for project planning. On top of that? You’re passionate about health, nutrition, and strategy, and you love working in diverse teams and dynamic environments. You are highly adaptable and comfortable to pivot and explore different approaches to help achieve common goals and you are a great communicator. You are passionate about influencing others and driving positive change across different organization and stakeholders, Finally, you are focused, structured, and a great communicator who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.
Key requirements:
- Enrolled as a Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
- Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
- For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
- Available to start in April/May 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
