About the job
We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator, within our busy Supply Chain department. This is a 6-month fixed term contract to cover additional administration work required during an exceptionally busy period.
The successful candidate will be supporting the Logistics Department by providing comprehensive and effective Management across the Logistics Department on our export documentation.
Core responsibilities include but not limited to, the generation and processing of accurate and timely documentation that is necessary for the movement of our final products to our customers where required.
Critical to this role is high attention to detail and a systematic approach on how documentation is generated, maintained, processed and recorded in our systems.
The scope of this role and its associated responsibilities are limited to the operations on the Wexford site but may be required to support outside of this based on the business needs.
About you
Ideal Candidate:
- Preferrable Degree in related discipline such as Supply Chain Management and / or Transport Management or 5 years relevant experience
- Ideally experienced in customs documentation preparation & management
- Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced environment
