We want to inform you, that this is a full time & permanent position with start as soon as possible. You will be based in our factory location in Brande, and are expected to work on site at least 4 days/week.
About the job:
In this role, you will be working as part of the EU waters engineering team with functional reporting to the site director to enable the fast paced growth of the site, contribute to the execution of the Site Masterplan with a focus on safety, quality, performance. You will be responsible for multiple projects within the plant, overseeing technical execution, timeline management, and financial oversight for each project. In the role as our Project Engineer you will be the bridge between Danone European engineering team, and local plant stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project execution of complex scope (Processing, Packaging, Building and Utility)
- Work with Plant Director to align on project priorities and budget for each project
- Work with CAPEX controller to manage the capital forecast and execution
- Coordinate cross functional team
- Play an important role in the revamp of the factory, preparing for future growth
- Create, design and evaluate initial call for tender documents
- Work with Danone colleagues on CAPEX, technical alignment and bids
- Travel is required occasionally for training or plant projects
About you
We're looking for a motivated and skilled engineer to join our team! To be successful in this position we believe that you bring:
- Around 5 years of relevant engineering experience; ideally within beverage & food or other manufacturing industries (preferably in FMCG)
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
- Strong project management skills from relevant industry
- Industry experience (especially in bottling) is a plus, but not required
- Fluency in English & Danish

Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a structured way
- Technically interested and eager to learn
A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams & strong stakeholder management skills
- Innovative and curious about finding the best long-term solutions
