Danone is looking for a Sales Capability Intern to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting Knowledge Management for Sales and driving innovation campaigns. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, learning development, engagement strategies, and event support.
What you’ll do:
1. Manage weekly campaign blast content
2. Create engaging learning modules
3. Monitoring and improving utilization and excitement on usage
4. Support internal events
5. Prepare timelines and groupings for innovation
6. Assist in selection processes and blast campaign
Still an ACTIVE undergraduate or master's student from Visual Communication Design, Communication, or any related major.
Strong project management skills — able to manage timelines, drive deliverables, and collaborate across functions for excellent execution.
Willingness to engage in strategic discussions — adept at prioritization, risk assessment, adaptable to changes, and efficient problem-solving.
Fluent in English both oral & written. Able to start immediately for 6 months.
Willing to be placed at Danone Head Office (RDTX Place, South Jakarta) with the work-from-office arrangement.
