Are you an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and category leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Specialised Paediatrics team and lead strategic initiatives across the Benelux region.

As Senior Brand Manager, you will co-develop the strategic plan and take the lead for your respective category. You will empower your team members to successfully execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Specialised Paediatrics Benelux, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical, market access, healthcare solutions, and finance. Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Analyse business dynamics and propose strategies to strengthen commercial and brand plans.
  • Identify new opportunities to optimise and grow the portfolio, managing innovation projects.
  • Develop impactful multichannel activations and mid- to long-term brand strategies.
  • Drive competitive improvement for brands within the Metabolics & Ketogenics category and achieve market share targets.
  • Optimise the value chain along the patient and customer journey, leveraging innovation beyond the product.

About you

To thrive as Senior Brand Manager, you bring a proven track record of at least 5 years as a product or brand manager. This is not just any category – Metabolics and Ketogenics is driven by a strong purpose and a commitment to improving the lives of highly sensitive patient groups. You’ll need to be curious, passionate, and eager to become an expert, engaging regularly with influential external stakeholders. What are we looking for: 

  • Ability to create insights-based communication that is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and delivers clear messaging.
  • Experience with multichannel and digital campaigns.
  • An ambitious, proactive, and pragmatic self-starter who takes ownership and drives results.
  • A strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Enjoyment of working in a cross-functional environment and collaborating across teams.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (must-have); French is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop talent.

Your Background

  • Minimum 5 years in a marketing function, ideally within healthcare, nutrition, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to grasp complex matters quickly and navigate dynamic environments.
  • A genuine affinity for health and nutrition, with the desire to positively impact people’s wellbeing.
