Supply Chain and Customer Experience Intern

About the job

As our new Customer Experience and Planning Intern, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain SNU team, in charge of Global deployment.

Key objective of this internship role is to monitor, analyse, prevent Customer queries/complaints, which we receive from our mainly internal Danone customers on a daily basis, to plan & replenish stock for few countries in our scope & be a key actor in several core processes within our team.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Consolidate customer complaints from deployment; analyse the case, identify root cause, corrective and preventative action and communicating back to the customers.
  • Use system tools to track historical cases to prevent future complaints. Support specific customer deployment planning activities.
  • Actively plan shipments for few countries.
  • Follow up on demand of our clients, check availability of products, their quality status and plan shipments according to forecast.
  • Be in close touch with transport, documentation team and clients to ensure timely supplies of products.
  • Finally, track key supply KPIs via reporting, evaluate performance to bring improvements and solutions.

About you

You are a Bachelor or Master student in Supply Chain or Business Administration or any related fields. You have a strong curiosity of further understanding end2end Supply Chain (process, stakeholders, operations). You like to work with data, systems. You are good at communication with various stakeholders and ready always to support and help. You can show good Microsoft Office Excel skills and you want to learn SAP.

 

Key requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
  • Available to start in March/April 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Able to work from our Zoetermeer office at least 2 days per week.
