Compensation
By joining Danone, you are guaranteed a relevant, competitive, and evolving compensation package thanks to external benchmarking and internal equity. It includes, among other things, a fixed salary, an annual variable, and a profit-sharing and/or participation bonus.
Parenting and caregivers
Because every situation is different, we offer benefits for parenting and caregivers. Thus, we provide 14 additional days to support our Danoners during their maternity/paternity leave and also allow them to convert part of their compensation into time.
