Volunteering

Parenting and caregivers
Because every situation is different, we offer benefits for parenting and caregivers. Thus, we provide 14 additional days to support our Danoners during their maternity/paternity leave and also allow them to convert part of their compensation into time.
Transportation
As part of the group's B Corp policy and its commitment to encouraging sustainable responsible mobility, Danone aims to support its employees in their home-to-work commutes using public transportation (TER, bus, metro, tramway). Therefore, Danone covers 100% of long-term subscriptions (at least monthly).
