The Associate Manager, BI Development – RGM COE is responsible for leading the development of Business Intelligence tools that support the RGM organization in finding actionable insights. The individual is passionate about delivering insights, has data and mathematical acumen, and ideally possesses an understanding of CPG business drivers. The team member is a results-oriented individual who can execute a long-term strategy while simultaneously supporting ad-hoc requests. The team member will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights to the business, collaborates with and listening carefully to business owners, and can incorporate business knowledge into deriving optimal solutions. This individual is data curious, financially rigorous, and self-motivated. The individual isn’t afraid to ask great questions or put forward novel ideas as they seek to improve business performance. Some of the tasks this team member will be involved in:

 

Primary:

  • Be the lead developer for projects, dashboards and reports that require advanced Snowflake SQL knowledge
  • Work directly with business owners to ensure the timely completion of work, leveraging the business owners’ knowledge of the project to provide technical solutions
  • Create reports / dashboards to facilitate visibility into historic and current-state performance
  • Use advanced analytics, programming languages like Python or C#, and Gen AI to streamline and innovate the way we utilize data
  • Build sustainable automated processes that will eliminate or significantly reduce manual process flows for analysts and managers on the COE team
     

Additional:

  • Support adoption and usage of insights and reports / dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, optimize, and enhance reports / dashboards
  • Develop strong acumen in Danone’s business processes, product portfolio, and become a business success ambassador

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000-$105,000 commensurate with experience. About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Analytics, Economics, Business, or another related field)
  • 2 to 4 years of work experience
  • 2 years of CPG experience
  • Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with Sales data (internal and syndicated) and Trade data
  • Experience with SQL and databases
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or C# preferred
  • Detail oriented and inquisitive individual who enjoys data and working on a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • An understanding of retailer and manufacturer financials is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel as needed
