Management Trainee STAR (MT STAR) is a program to create a fast-track career for Danone future leaders by transforming you from a graduate into an inspiring Danone leader. You will be delivering meaningful projects that contribute to business and social progress. Danone is committed to develop talent from within; you will be exposed to different assignments to develop your critical thinking, business acumen, problem-solving skills, and networking with full support from empowering mentors and leaders.
12 Months
The GREAT Leader Program is a career acceleration program at Danone Waters Indonesia for new graduates majoring in engineering or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
This program will be focused on developing the ability of the engineer and engineering graduates who will be assigned as future leaders in AQUA factories and depots throughout Indonesia with intensive training and guidance from experts in their fields.
12 Months
Blue Sales Trainee (BEST) is a training program at Danone Waters Indonesia that aims to develop a career into a leader who focuses on the Sales function.
In this program, they will have the opportunity to develop skills, business acumen, and the ability to understand Sales in several areas of Danone's business operations in Indonesia.
6 Months
Danone Student Apprenticeship Program (DSTAR) is Danone Indonesia's internship program, in collaboration with Ministry of Education & Culture which aims to provide opportunities for students to master practical knowledge and acquire essential skills to support their future careers. This program also allows the company to get bright new ideas from young talents.
In this program, they will have the opportunity to apply their skills and abilities directly in the world of work through mini projects in the company.
