About the job
The C&P DBS Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering efficient and compliant procurement operations for Malaysia. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing, supplier management, contract governance, procurement systems adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a seamless and value-driven procurement experience.
- Ensure procurement policy compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
- Support supplier management, onboarding, and contract sourcing and negotiation.
- Act as the key liaison between Procurement, DBS, Finance, P2P, business stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Monitor and drive contract coverage and procurement compliance requirements.
- Promote adoption and effective use of procurement systems and tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and procurement transformation programs.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Shared Services environments.
- Knowledge of contract management, supplier management, and procurement compliance.
- Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, Zycus, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively across functions and support stakeholders across multiple markets.
