About The Job

A&P Controlling

• Govern total A&P investments and brand-level budget allocation, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, accurate monthly spend tracking, and timely communication to support YTG phasing and financial forecasting.
• Lead bi-monthly A&P governance reviews with budget owners, providing visibility on spending trends, budget utilization, and aged outstanding items to drive effective decision-making. 

Month-End Closing

• Animate A&P landing status update & discussion with cross functional stakeholders including call for actions ensuring all committed expenses are posted per plan in a timely & compliant manner. 

Strategic Plan

• Participate in the annual strategic planning process and develop long-term investment roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.

Internal Control

• Monitor Open PO review and late GRs and conduct random checks on supporting documents to ensure compliance with IFRS and internal control. 

Capex

• Act as a SPOC for CAPEX & LEASE update – Gathering CAPEX plan & alignment among management for timely submission.

About You

Education & Knowledge

• High proficiency in SAP, PBI and related financial tools.
• University degree, major in Account/ Finance / Business.
• Requires high degree of independence and pro-activeness.
• High diversity in exposure to FMCG industry and roles.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on commercial budget handling and biz case.
• Strong analytical and solution driven, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Specialist Knowledge

• Business analysis’s role & commercial knowledge is a plus
