About the Job

As our new FP&A Analyst Global Procurement  you will be part of the Procurement Finance team working from our offices at Danone Place Amsterdam (DPA), in Hoofddorp. The team focuses on analyzing, co-leading and consolidating the forecast and spend of Indirect categories such as Logistics, Topline, Professional services and Manufacturing throughout the different regions of the organization to understand the sourcing strategy, performance vs the market and the total impact on the company’s P&L.

In this role you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform spend analyses across the Indirect spend categories such as Logistics, Manufacturing, Professional services and Topline.
• Conduct market inflation estimation and reporting
• Support with Finance BI improvement
• Preparation of quarterly RF (rolling forecast)/AOP (annual operating plan) presentations for Category Cycle reviews
• Monthly Indirect spend reporting  analysis
• Indirect productivity projects consolidation and animation
• Prices, projects and volumes analyses review and support for RF/category/business review
   

You are an analytical and detail-oriented person who can draw actionable insights from figures and spreadsheets while maintaining an overview of the bigger picture. You have a ‘team-player’ attitude, an agile mindset and you adapt easily to changing situations. You are also a self-starter with a ‘can do’ mindset, always ready to generate and implement new ideas. Openness and reliability are key drivers in everything you do.

Furthermore you:

• Have a Master in Finance or related field
• Ideally have a deep knowledge of finance/BI tools (i.e. Tagetik, SAP, Magnitude, PowerBI)
• Excellent analytical and data management skills
• PowerBI dashboarding experience highly desired
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
• Ideally you have 4+ years of controlling experience
